About This Book

Welcome to the companion Web site of Reading Research: A User-Friendly Guide for Nurses and Other Health Professionals, Fourth Edition, by Barbara Davies and Jo Logan. This site is divided into two main sections: Instructor Resources and Student Resources.

The Instructor Resources section, appropriate for instructors, workshop facilitators, and healthcare administrators, offers answers to frequently asked questions, teaching tips, and tips about marking papers and dealing with the common difficulties encountered by new instructors and teaching assistants. It also contains a collection of Web links useful for research and downloadable copies of the Reader’s Companion Worksheets.

The Student Resources section offers answers to questions frequently asked by students, provides helpful tips for learners, and includes several Internet Adventures that can help students familiarize themselves with the research world. It also contains useful Web links to online resources and downloadable copies of the worksheets.
